Meet our Field Service Team and better understand our Customer Care Process!
Our Customer Care Process starts with our Customer Care Visit where we make sure we know any and all concerns you may have, regarding your new home. We inspect your new home for any additional issues, have you sign off on the full list of items that need to be addressed, and schedule a date and time for your correction visit.
During the Correction Visit, our Customer Care Advisor meets on-site at the scheduled time, with the crews that will fix any items that need attention. After the corrections have been made, the Customer Care Advisor will review all the corrections with you, to ensure everything has been completed. Finally, the Customer Care Advisor will sign off on all the correction items.
